How does DunzoAI know what to post?

Because we don’t guess. When you onboard, you fill out a quick form where we learn your voice — tone, energy, personality. Then we collect your monthly goals (events, promos, finished projects, etc). You tell us if it’s 20% candid, 30% menu posts, 50% whatever — we code our AI exclusively FOR YOU and drop the goods into your calendar. You’re not getting a ChatGPT wrapper. You’re getting your voice on autopilot.

What do I need to do?

Give us admin access to your Facebook Page. That’s how we post for you.
Then upload a few photos — literally just tap a button in your calendar view and drop a pic in from your camera roll. Done.
You can knock out a whole month in one sitting or upload as you go. Totally up to you.

Why do I need to upload pics?

Because we’re not a junk AI bot guessing with random stock images. The pic is your way of saying “this feels like me.” Once it’s in, we handle everything else — your post is scheduled and gone. You’re dunzo.

What happens if I forget to add a photo?

No sweat — we’ve got two fallback options:
🔴 The post shows a red dot in the calendar. It won’t publish unless you add an image.
🟢 Once you drop a photo in, it flips green. Boom. Scheduled.

What are the image fallback templates?

If you want to stay consistent even when you forget to upload photos, we got you:

• $100 Package: Industry standard image templates (clean, on-brand, ready to go). If you miss a post, we attach one of these.

• $300+ Package: Custom templates in your brand vibe — your colors, feel, style. These make it look like you never missed a beat.

Templates keep your account active, your content flowing, and the algorithm happy — even when you’re off living life.

How often do you post for me?

Usually 3–5 times per week depending on your business and your content mix.
You’ll see the full calendar in the app. Adjust it anytime.

What platforms do you post to?

Right now: Facebook and Instagram. More coming soon. If you only use one, cool — we’ve still got you covered.

Do I have to write anything?

Hell no. You’re paying us so you don’t have to. We write, schedule, and post in your voice. You just upload photos (if you want).

What if I want to tweak a post?

Easy. Tap it in your calendar and make changes on the fly. You’re in control if you want to be — but you don’t have to touch a thing.

Do I have to commit long term?

Nope. You pay month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
That said — we do offer 3-month packages later on to help you save once you realize this thing works.
